Owned by Nick, who trained at the renowned River Cottage, this café serves up fresh, seasonal dishes that highlight the best of local produce. For a relaxed or lively evening, head to The Garrison Gallery & Patchwork Studios, also our neighbours at Maker Heights. We host our farewell dinners during our neurodivergent-friendly retreats here and are always pleased with the high-quality dishes that celebrate local produce. No visit to Cornwall is complete without trying a proper Cornish pasty. POD Pasties, based in Gallows Park just outside of Millbrook, bake handmade pasties that are a true taste of the region. You can buy directly from their bakehouse or find their products at various suppliers around the peninsula. These pasties are a convenient and delicious snack for exploring the area.
